Her workshop is to help audience strengthen their culture competency.
Her intercultural communication workshops are to:
* help International students and Immigrants/Refugees to successfully integrate in Canadian culture and society.
* help organizations and institution to better prepare their employees to work with team members or clients who are from a different culture.
She tailors workshops for different groups.
She had provided trainings to schools and social service organizations on Vancouver Island, in person and online.
