Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."

3 Reasons To Work With Me
1. I offer a client-centered therapy that values each client as a whole person.
Every client has unique life experience, culture, and strength. I learn and use these valuable information, work with clients' success and skills, and add on what else the client would need to heal, to control life, and to reach a peaceful mind.
2. I offer a wholistic therapy that integrate clients' entire life and the symptoms.
Bad feelings, intrusive thoughts, and problematic behaviors (Such as eating disorder, insomnia, additions, self-harm, missing school, aggression, etc.) are actually all out-showing symptoms, not diagnosis. A wholistic therapy validates client's entire life (personal, social, school, and work) at all ages-- infancy, childhood, teenager, adulthood, and even cross-generational. Body remembers all the physical wounds, so as our brain to psychological injury.
My approach is to clean all the earlier wounds as well as treat the out-showing symptoms. Clients would find themselves more resilient to the hurtful memories and symptoms after the therapy.
3. I use both educator and counsellor's mind-set to work with clients.
As an teacher, I believe every student has their own learning style and potential. A teacher's role is to assist student's various learning strategy and to help them to reach their own potentials and goals. In therapy, I see myself as a trainer, where clients could build resilient muscles, strengthen effective communicating skills and self-care skills, and master problem solving strategies.
